Information you provide
- Project estimator. When you use our instant price estimator, we collect the answers you select — such as how many spreadsheet files you use, your team size, the areas you want in your system, and your training and hosting preferences — so we can calculate an estimated price range. The estimator does not require your name or email to show you a result.
- Live chat. If you start a chat with us, we store the messages you send, together with a randomly generated visitor identifier saved in your browser and the page you were viewing, so we can hold a continuous conversation and respond to you.
- Booking a call. When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The details you enter there — such as your name, email address and chosen time — are processed by Calendly and shared with us so we can arrange and hold the meeting.
- Direct contact. If you email or call us, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
- Engagement information. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver our services, which may include business data you provide for migration, configuration and support.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and referring pages, collected through standard server logs and our website.
- Browser storage. Our live chat stores small values in your browser (a visitor identifier, your current chat session and your language preference) so the chat works correctly across page loads.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
